How to choose the right size

Tech Stirrups – correct foot placement in stirrup

Place the ball of your foot as shown. The size is correct if the distance between the top of the boot and the inside of the top of the stirrup is about 5–6 cm (1.96–2.36 in).

Tech Stirrups – boot clearance and stirrup fit

Compare these measurements with the rider’s boot. The size is correct if the inside of the stirrup is roughly 0.5 cm – 1 cm (0.019–0.39 in) away from the sole on each side.
